Woven Blankets & Tapestry

All of our woven products are made to order. If it's a personalized order, you will receive the design proof via email within 24 hours. We give our customers additional 24 hours to review the design before we send it to production. If we don't hear back from you, we will send the blanket/tapestry to production without approval, to make sure it is completed and shipped in a timely manner.

Once you approve the design, we send it to production. No changes or cancellations can be made once the blanket is in production.

If the error was made by Nome Decor, contact us at hello@nomedecor.com and we'll send out a replacement for you at no cost to you.

Non-personalized Items
You can cancel your order within 2 hours.
Personalized Items
You can cancel your order up until we send it to production to our vendors. Once you confirm the design proof that we send for every personalized product, and we send it to production, no cancellation or changes in the design are possible.

Your purchased blanket/tapestry will be completed and shipped within 5-8 business days.
Orders

Woven blankets, tapestries and prints are shipped from NC, USA.

Production partners vary between items. Blankets are not made at the same facility as prints. So If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive in different boxes and on different dates. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Unfortunately, we can't rush orders. Please refer to production time of each individual listing.

Since we don't produce and print the items ourselves, unfortunately we can't include any gift messages or gift-wrapping for the time being. We're working closely with our manufacturers to make this a reality in the future.
Shipping & Delivery

Domestic (US) shipping can take up to 5 - 10 business days. Delivery may take longer to outside of mainland U.S such as Hawaii.
Business days are Monday-Friday, 9-5pm and do not include US holidays.

We offer free shipping on woven blankets only.
Shipping fee for woven tapestry is $8.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
- If you suspect your package was stolen, please file a police report.
- If your package is not delivered within 10 business days, it means it was probably lost in the mail. Contact us with your order number at hello@nomedecor.com and we will send a replacement.

We use USPS Standard Delivery, if you wish to upgrade to expedited shipping or wish for items to be sent via UPS or FEDEX, please contact us prior to ordering.

Yes, we do. Please contact us prior to placing the order so we can check the shipping fees for your destination country.
Please note that If you are outside of the USA, you may be subject to customs or import fees. We cannot predict these fees, as they are entirely up to the customs agents in your country. Nome Decor is not responsible for these fees, and cannot refund them under any circumstance.
Returns & Refunds

All of our products are made to order so we don't offer returns or exchanges unless the items that you have received are damaged. We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction so please reach out to us via Etsy DM or email hello@nomedecor.com if there's an issues with your order!

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please send us an email to hello@nomedecor.com with an order number, description and a photos of the item within the 7 days of receiving it and we will replace your item or offer a full refund.
