At Nome Decor we always strive to make you as a customer, satisfied. Therefore we are completely transparent with our policy, so you know exactly what to expect.

What’s your return policy?

Because each item is custom made just for you, we cannot accept returns. If an item you receive is defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery. Include an order number, description of the issue and a photos of the damaged item and we'll replace your item or offer a full refund. 

Customer satisfaction is our priority, if you have any questions or issues that is not answered on this page, please contact us via contact form, via email and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Order Cancellations

All of our products are made-to-order. Cancellations are possible only 2 hours after the purchase has been made. If your order has already entered the production stage or shipping stage, I will not be able to cancel it. 

Sale Pricing

Sale pricing is valid between the sale dates only, and will not be applied to past purchases.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
